A three-day immersion in Nature Tai Chi to harmonize body, energy, and consciousness.
Nature Tai Chi is a profound practice of conscious movement that combines the fluidity of Tai Chi with the energetic principles of Zhineng Qigong, creating a space for reconnection with the body, the mind, and the natural intelligence of life.
Inspired by the cycles and forces of nature, this practice is based on gentle, continuous, and organic movements that are accessible to everyone. These movements awaken the circulation of Qi (vital energy) and promote inner balance. More than a sequence of movements, it is an experience of listening, presence, and alignment between the human being and the natural environment.
Nature Tai Chi is both a meditative and dynamic practice that roots the body and expands consciousness. It is inspired by the work of Master Hu Xilong, founder of Nature Taiji, a renowned healer and one of the most prominent students of Dr. Pang Ming, the creator of Zhineng Qigong, known for his profound integration of Taiji, Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and healing arts.
